The creek just north of Bab Jdid (new), or just south of what Google Maps thinks is the old Bab Jdid, on the south edge of the old town in Fes.
It's fairly typical, in a profoundly depressing way, of the kind of thing that happens to waterways in developing countries.
Mind, even worse stuff happens in industrialised countries, just you can see their stuff and it'll only make you sick, not outright kill you (or generate some interesting mutations in your progeny).
