Gibraltar

There's no G in the PSM appellation because a) it was a very late decision, long after I'd started labelling all my planning documentation with PSM, b) TLA's are well known to be superior to ETLA's, c) we were only in Gibraltar for two days, so it doesn't really count, and d) Gibraltar is effectively the UK, so it doesn't really count (again).
